How our service works
We've created the antithesis to the 'online dating' experience with all the benefits of online dating, speed dating, matchmaking and traditional introduction agencies all rolled into a totally unique dating service.
XfactorMatchMaking is a totally unique offering, the first of its kind – a hybrid mix between traditional introduction agencies and online matchmaking.
We personally hand pick and manually select all recommended potential partner matches for each member and both parties receive a match notification for their review. Members then personally screen all matches we recommend to them and only pay if they wish to accept our recommendation. If the match isn’t mutual and the other party rejects the proposed match, then all monies are credited back.
Is there a joining fee or monthly membership?
There are no joining fees and no monthly membership fees. Membership is free and includes your profile set up and free access to the profiles of all partner matches we recommend to you. We only require a payment if you wish to accept our match recommendation.
What is the process?
Once you have added your profile, your profile comes to our dedicated team of personal matchmakers. It is then reviewed and goes through the approval process. You will then be notified by email within 24 hours that your profile has been approved. Once this process has been completed, you will start receiving recommended matches we have personally selected for you. When we suggest matches, both users will receive the suggestion from us and are essentially being sent each others profile information.
When you view and scroll through your matches we have selected for you and select the matches you would like to get in touch with, you will then be required to deposit credits for your matches. Once you have made the payment for your chosen match / matches. This match notification request is then sent to your chosen match. If the proposed match accepts our recommendation, then they will be required to also deposit sufficient funds to 1 match credit.
Important – If a member selects another member as a match and the other member selects they do not want to match, the credits for the match are reimbursed into the member's account – and an email notification is sent.
